For our March Member's event, we are collaborating with JCI Cork and JCI Fingal to bring a fantastic panel of highly accomplished speakers for International Women's Day.

The event will be held via Zoom and we will send the link to all attendees 24 hours before the event begins. We will open the Zoom at 6:30pm and the panel discussion will start at 7pm.
AnnMarie Farrelly is Chief Executive of Fingal Council. Originally from Corduff, Co. Monaghan, she previously worked for Dublin County Council before joining Fingal County Council on its establishment in 1994. She was Fingal County Council's Director of Housing and Community from 2011 to 2015 before serving as Director of Planning and Strategic Infrastructure from 2015 to 2019 prior to her appointment as Chief Executive. She is the current Chair of the County and City Management Association's Business, Enterprise, Innovation and Urban/Town Economic Renewal Committee. She previously chaired the Boards of the Seamus Ennis Arts Centre and the Drinan Enterprise Centre and she completed the Senior Executives in State and Local Government Programme at Harvard University in 2016.
Paula Cogan is the current President of Cork Chamber and CEO at Cognate Health. Cognate Health is a leading supplier of Occupational Health Services in Ireland. Prior to her move to Cognate Health, Paula had worked for over 25 years in the hospitality industry and had held senior roles in sales and marketing, culminating as Global Head of Sales for The Doyle Collection. Paula sits on the board of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind and The Glucksman Gallery at UCC. She completed her primary and postgraduate studies at UCC and in 2015 undertook a Diploma in International Sales and Marketing at Cornell University.
Gillian is a CEO, mental health consultant, trainer, therapist and leader in diversity and inclusion. She worked in financial services, mostly in litigation and risk management for over 21 years before becoming a full time therapist and workplace wellness advocate. She founded and manages 2 social enterprises (Acoratherapy and Under The Rainbow) which promote wellbeing.
