2016 Friendly Business Awards Ceremony


Following a phenomenal number of entrants this year, a selection of nominees have been shortlisted for the regional final.

Winners will be announced at an exclusive awards ceremony, hosted by the Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin 2 on Saturday 27th August 2016.

The event commences at 7pm for registration, networking & drinks reception.

The awards ceremony will commence at 7.30 pm sharp.

The Friendly Business Awards, supported by Bank of Ireland, is our flagship business programme where we recognise the pivotal role small businesses play in our local community. We live in challenging times for small businesses and the aim of the Friendly Business Awards is to celebrate the value these businesses bring to our local communities every day.
Each summer sees JCI branches across Ireland run the JCI Friendly Business Awards. These awards were set up to recognise businesses that excel in serving the needs of the local community and play a vital role in its development.
These awards are run first at a local level with each branch awarding winners in the following categories:
  • Community Impact
  • Customer Care
  • Digital Experience
  • Disability Access
  • Eco-Friendliness
  • Shop Layout and Design
Each JCI Branch then puts forward a short list of local winners to be considered for JCI Ireland National Friendly Business Awards, which will take place at the JCI Ireland National Convention.


Nominations are now closed.
Late nominations will only be accepted at the discretion of the local JCI branch.
